I have to remember the fact that today, in 1873, the Herondale family broke up because Ella did the most heroic act for her little brother and died for it? And the fact that all the 10th november Jem always tried to distract Will because he just sat down on the floor and blamed himself for what he thought he did to his sister? And the fact that Cecily has to mature all by herself because the death of her big sis was too much for her parents?
